To better service you, Team Chase now allows you to submit service or repair appointments online.
Just simply fill out the form below and in the comments section please include the date and time you wish to have the service performed. Also include a brief statement of what service is or may be required.
Once we receive your appointment request we will check our books to make sure that we have no previous engagements on that selected date and time.
If the date and time you requested is available we will fill you in for that day, if it for any reason is not available we will work with you to schedule an appointment over the phone.
You should expect a phone call back to confirm your online appointment within 24 hours of submission.
Please book appointments at least 48 hours in advance so we can be better prepared to service you.
